carrier, cassette, pod and tray devices within the work cell.

We develop
custom, robotic dispensing and spraying systems. Integrated equipment may include, air activated dispense
valves, multi-station dispensing, turnkey dispensing work cells, two part meter
mix material mixing and metering pumps, curing ovens, material conditioning
equipment, needle valves, syringe valves, pinch valves and rotary positive
displacement pumps for dispensing epoxies, urethanes, silicones, CA
cyanoacrylate adhesives, lubricants, grease, paste and othe viscous fluids.
We integrate automatic fluid-dispensing equipment,
microprocessor-controlled dispensers, clear and UV blocked barrel syringes,
dispensing tips, UV conveyors, custom fixtures, turntables, indexing tables,
high accuracy blending systems for inks / filled cans, canisters, buckets, 5
gallon and up to 55 gallon drums and pots with vacuum (vaccum) bubble removal
and nitrogen purge. Light cure and
bonding systems include anaerobic adhesives, dispense guns, dispense tips, fluid
reservoirs, dispense valves, spray coating systems, diaphragm valves, gear
pumps, proportional flow, screw pumps, piston valves and mechanical dispense.
Automated assembly is followed by ultraviolet, infrared (IR) and visible
light curing. Dispensing robots operate on clean or painted surfaces with
integrated dispensing systems / high speed tool and applicator tip speed / bead
paths for robotic arms, disposable mixer and applicator nozzle for two-component
structural adhesives with constant flow rate dispense systems.
